ALPINA Seastrong DIVER 300 Chronograph BIG DATE

By TLex Immediately recognizable by its distinctive colored Bordeaux, grey, Navy blue or orange unidirectional rotational divers bezel and its over-sized minute hand that was designed for optimal readability of dive-time,

Alpina’s new 300m water-resistant, Seastrong professional diving chronograph is the latest in a line of Alpina diving instruments that dates back to the 1960s, when the 200m Seastrong '10' was being worn on the wrists of divers.

The all-new Alpina Seastrong 300 Diver Chronograph Big Date is a professional diving watch. Everything about it has been designed by Alpina to handle the types of conditions that a professional diver might encounter,

starting with its water-resistance of 300 meters. It isn’t extreme but is still around 10 times the depth that the average scuba diver dives to.

Designed to see what you need to see, when you need to see it; the Seastrong Diver 300 has been designed with all necessary features that allow wearers to get the information they need, when they need it, for a safe dive.

It features an aluminum, unidirectional, rotational divers bezel with a luminous 60-minute elapsed dive-time scale. Also in lume are the dial indexes, which perfectly contrast against the matt black dial. The watch’s hands are luminous for maximum readability in low visibility conditions, and the minute’s hand is oversized to safely read diving time.

Further divers features that are relevant to professional divers include: a 44mm Stainless steel cushion-shaped case, a screwdown crown and caseback, a scratch-resistant Sapphire crystal. The caseback sports a beautiful engraving of the Alpina diving symbol.

Power comes from Alpina’s AL-372 Swiss High Precision Quartz Chronograph movement. The extremely precise and reliable AL-372 1/10th of sec. Swiss quartz chronograph movement features 30 and 10 hour chronograph counters, add and split functions, big date and has a standard battery life of 48 months.
