RALF TECH WRX "V" 63 Automatic CALIFORNIA

These are the WRX ‘’V’’ 63 Automatic California and Black California belonging to the new RALF TECH WRX ‘’V’ 63 family’, a vintage expression of RALF TECH’s most famous dive watch, the WRX.

The watches under the California name are equipped with old school mil-style California dials which combine both Arabic and Roman numerals, a military requirement dating back to the 50s that was designed so that there could be absolutely no ambiguity particularly when time reading under pressured conditions.

The Cali dial was first designed by Rolex and later made famous by Panerai who used these Rolex made dials for their historic models such as the Radiomir. They are a firm fan favorite. The WRX ‘’V’’ Black California is particularly cool with its pop of bright blue from its handset. These hands along with the hour markers are with Professional SuperLuminova CVB in vintage orange.

Like all WRX ‘’V’’ 63 models these have sandblasted-finished surgical-grade Stainless steel cases measuring 47.5mm in diameter which are home to an automatic winding mechanical movement, the RTA002 based on ETA 2824-2 with 25 jewels, 28,800 a / h, 4Hz, Incabloc shock-protection and a power-reserve of 44 hours. The Black version is of course with a black PVD coating.

Divers features of the WRX "V" 63 Automatic California include: a reinforced and protected screw-down crown and caseback, a 5.9mm thick domed, anti-glare Sapphire crystal, a unidirectional steel divers bezel with black aluminum insert and tested water-resistant up to 500m in compliance with ISO 6425 for dive watch standards.

Both WRX "V" 63 Automatic California models are presented on a vintage Havana calf leather strap or silicone strap, mounted on 26mm screwed bars, oval holes with a 26mm case-matching buckles. They are Limited Editions of just 63 pieces of each.
