By TLex Err, excuse me TAG Heuer what are you trying to say, here? That only women can appreciate a dive watch that is as visually appealing as this is
– where’s the men’s version??? We also like a bit of gold on black contrast on our watches!
So easily the best looking of the TAG Heuer’s new Aquaracer Lady 300M Full Ceramic collection is this, the Ref. WAY1355.BH0716: in black PVD with rose gold (18K 5N gold),
Its black dial sports hand-applied rose gold-plated (18K 5N) markers and rose gold-plated hour and minute hands.
Like its sisters in the collection, it has a slew of divers features that include: a uni-directional rotational divers bezel made from rose gold, engraved numerals with a SuperLuminova dot at 12 o'clock,
a Sapphire crystal with antireflective, scratch-resistant coating, polished black PVD screw-down crown and a screwdown caseback engraved with a deep-sea diving helmet.
I’m not sure how true this is, but it seems that women aren’t interested in mechanical movements, which is why most ladies collections are only fitted with Quartz calibers.
Sounds suspiciously sexist to me but to be fair my mum hates the idea of having to wind and set a mechanical watch. Ladies you don’t know what you’re missing out on.
