MANCHESTER WATCH WORKS Armada

By TLex This is the new Armada based on reworked version of MWW’s début DIVER's case so that it is a little more refined with alternating brushed and polished finishing along its angled planes.

While the Armada is inspired by the legendary dive watches of the 60s and 70s it is ultimately a modern diver s watch endowed with all the typical divers features that one might expect to find on any good quality divers watch.

Its specifications are as follows: starting with the Armadas movement which is an automatic mechanical Seiko NH35 (4R36) caliber with 24 jewels beating at 21,600 bph and a power-reserve of 41 hours.

The case is in 316L surgical Grade Stainless steel measuring 41mm in diameter. It is fitted with:

A scratch-resistant domed Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on its inside, a unidirectional rotational divers bezel with a choice of either black or blue aluminum insert and MWW’s signature divers safety flag inspired 12hr marker lumed with Swiss BGW9 SLN.

Further divers features include: a screwdown crown and caseback , and black patterned rubber divers strap with an engraved steel buckle.

The production models will come with color anodized crown tubes as shown on the top picture.

An optional solid Stainless steel H-Link bracelet with an engraved flip-lock divers clasp and solid end-links is also available for the Armada.
