MARANEZ Bangla 'Bronze Watch Brothers' LE

By TLex Here's a special edition Maranez Bangla made for the 'Bronze Watch Brothers', a collective of three die hard bronze watch fans, Tim, Mathias and Tony, who run the popular Bronze Watch Facebook PAGE. After months of preparation they are proud to present a Limited Edition of 50 watches for their loyal followers.

At a glance, you could be forgiven for thinking that the 'BWB' Bangla is just another BANGLA with a different dial, but in fact what it is, is a Bangla that has been upgraded in almost every respect.



So what are these upgrades? Well, to start with, the case has will be CuSn8 Bronze instead of Brass, the movement will be a Miyota 9015 instead of Seiko NH35, it will have a single domed Sapphire crystal instead of a flat one, it will have a petrol (bluish green) dial with C3 SuperLuminova hands and markers and it will have 1000m of water-resistance instead of 300m.



The increased water-resistance has caused the overall thickness of the watch to be slightly increased form 15.5m to 17.5mm, this is due to a slightly thicker Ti caseback and the domed crystal. Other features of the case include an anti-magnetic inner case, a sloping fixed bezel and a 'destro' crown for a more comfortable wear.
