It is called so because until you actually opened the watch box to see what was inside, the design and specification of the watch remained a complete mystery!
VintageVDB created the Mystery in a 30 piece series to celebrate their 5th Anniversary, which was last year.
Thirty die hard fans VDB took the plunge for the pre-order of the 995€watch, in many ways buying totally blind.
However for those that have been following this small German watch brand over their 5 years. there ain't much that they do that doesn't have some appeal.
Special features include: chromed 'Anniversary Edition' on the dial and chromed '5th' at 5 o'clock. 'VDB' 5th' has also been engraved in between the bottom lugs.
Specification of the VDB Mystery includes: a 45mm x 55mm x 15mm Stainless steel case with bead-blasted finish, a domed Sapphire crystal and Soprod A10 Swiss automatic movement.
