CAVENAGO Diavolo di MARE [between the devil and the deep blue sea]

By TLex Introducing the new 'Diavolo di Mare' AKA the 'Sea Devil' from the Italian, luxury, independent watchmaker, CAVENAGO. A watch that bares the mark of the beast!

The watch boasts an imposing 45mm in diameter, brushed Stainless steel watch case with: a Sapphire crystal, a screwdown crown and caseback and a unidirectional rotational divers bezel. The crown guard is without a crown as was typical of vintage divers of the 70s.

The divers bezel has dual tracks of bezel teeth allowing not only enhanced grip, but giving a rugged look. The caseback has been engraved with the Cavenago logo along with some basic spec. and the watches LE #. It insures a water-resistance of up to 1000m.

The Diavolo's water-resistance has been tested using the latest in pressure testing equipment. Each watch is completely Swiss Made and has been hand-assembled in Switzerland. They are equipped by a trusted Swiss made automatic, the ETA 2824-2.

Functions include: hours, minutes and seconds as well a classical diving bezel for measuring elapsed dive time in SuperLuminova, which has also been applied to the dial indexes and hands to give them good visibility no matter the light conditions.

The bright red dial sports a set of starkly contrasted all-white hour and minute hands along with a needle seconds pointer, which again recalls the 70s. The white on red makes for good contrast and the oversized hands ensure excellent readability of the time. And there at 6 o’clock is the number ‘666’!

The watch comes with a black silicon divers strap with a personalized steel buckle. It is produced in a numbered series of numbered of 100 pieces per annum. For further details please follow the link embedded below.
