OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M SKYFALL

By TLex In celebration of the new James Bond film, Skyfall and their 7th supporting role in a Bond film, Omega have created the Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M 'SKYFALL' Limited Edition.

The 42mm, Co-Axial 8507 powered watch is water-resistant to 600 meters. It features a rotational divers bezel with a ceramic insert with its elapsed dive-time scale in chromium nitride. There's a '007' logo on its matte grid-structured black dial and a '007'engraving on its clasp.

The new PO Skyfall LE is nice an' all, but will Bond actually wear a Planet Ocean in Skyfall or will he be wearing an Aqua Terra? Daniel Craig has been spotted wearing a blue AT during filming and in some scenes.

Both models fall under the Seamaster name, which makes me wonder if Omega haven't chosen their words carefully, when they say: ''Once again, 007 will wear an OMEGA Seamaster''. Yeah, but which one?

Is Bond really ditching the PO in favor of the Aqua Terra? Or are we gonna see him wearing both watches? There's a shot of him below that came with the accompanying PO Skyfall press material clearly showing him with a PO on his wrist, so it's a distinct likelihood he will.

Let's hope so, because life would be just that little more dull if we were unable to live vicariously through Bond and his adventures with dive watches. ;)
