From TLex A wonderful, passionate and dedicated man. His creations, which brought so much enjoyment to myself and many others showed a flair and talent that is rare in this world. Today, talented Seiko modifier and creator of the Tsunami Watch label, Noah Fuller has passed away after a long battle with illness. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Satoko and his close friends and family. Noah, my friend, we will miss you, rest in peace . . .
