'Cavaliere al merito della Repubblica Italiana'

" He was born in Villa Guardia (Como - Italy) on the 7th September 1950. Expert technician in watchmaking qualified at Wostep watchmaking school in Neuchatel (CH);

Head of the technical assistance Centre in watchmaking authorized by Rolex Italy, Milan;

Expert technician in watchmaking, registered at the Lucca’s Chamber of Commerce;

Expert technician in watchmaking, registered at the Lucca’s Court.

From 1966 to 1976 he has worked as apprentice and watchmaker in the towns of Villa Guardia (Como) and in Chiasso (CH);

Since 1976 he owns a watch-repairer’s technical assistance workshop in Viareggio (Lucca) - Italy, called “Centro dell’Orologio”.

He attended the following qualifying courses:
1979: course on Anglo electronic watchmaking;
1980: course on Ebauches S. watch movements in Neuchatel (CH);

1982: Asuag seminar on quartz watches technology;
1983: course on Citizen electronic and mechanical modules.

MMT500 Authorizations

Supplier of the official watch of the Scuba Divers and of the Commandos of the Marina Militare Italiana (as it is possible to read in the agreement act n. 538 of 16/12/2008).

The high quality standards are subjected to Marina Militare Italiana control and approvation according to article 6 of the agreement subscribed with the holder of the brands use licence, with the approval of MMI General Staff.

All the MMT500 are numbered and provided with an anticounterfeiting hologram, as it is established in article 5 of the above-mentioned contract.

MMT500 is the only watch which passed the hard tests of the competition announced by Marina Militare Italiana, which ended on 2 December 2005. For this reason MMT500 became part of the official and individual equipment of the Marina Militare Italiana Scuba Divers and Commandos.

The civil market version, which is different only for the absence of the skin-diver patent number engraved on the caseback, is produced in 200 units per year.
