Once again H2O Watch takes the classic silhouette of their vintage inspired diver, the GREEN OCEAN and combines it with an ancient and exotic material to create this metallurgical diving marvel.
Based on the H2O Green Ocean which was inspired by the vintage Gruen Diver and which is green in name alone, this new Mokume Gane edition adds swaths of gold and copper into the mix.
The Mokume Gane used in this model has been custom made using Bronze CuSN8 which has been folded over and over again along with 316L Stainless giving it its unmistakable woodgrain effect.
The watch is offered with a selection of alluring dial options from gradient blacks and blues to brilliant white with highly contrasting hands and numeral in black.
While the Green Ocean Mokume Gane naturally leans heavily into the more exotic side of its personality, at its core it remains a highly engineered precision diver’s watch.
Its 42mm case is water-resistant to 500 meters and is fitted with a Mokume Gane screw-down crown with a Stainless steel inlay, as well as sapphire glass, front and back.
The back crystal affords views of its Swiss mechanical movement. Meanwhile its dial is available for after dark viewing thanks to brightly blue glowing Swiss BGW9 SLN.
