Here’s a quick look at a rather nice looking new sports chronograph from Eberhard & Co. and while it mightn’t be a diver as such – with a name like Aquadate; I should imagine it doesn’t mind getting a bit wet.
In fact as you can see from the diver-esque orange water-resistance text on its dial; it has a respectable water-resistance to 100 meters.
BTW if you are interested in a proper diver’s model from the brand; there’s the Scafograf 300 & Scafograf GMT. Well worth taking a look at!
The new Chronograph joins the Automatic, a 3-hands model within the Aquadate collection. There are 3 dial colors: black with red text, blue with orange text and a silver variant with navy blue text.
The dial comes with Vagues-Droites decoration as well a shield – symbol of the Maison – at 12 o’clock. As you might expect going by the watch’s name – there’s a date window at 6 o’clock.
Eberhard & Co. have gone for a case measuring 41mm, in line with recent trends regarding size, while the bracelet is the Charme-type also featured in the three-sphere version.
