Seiko Prospex has created a brand-new model line. The LX Line has launched with 6 new models; two divers, two sports GMTs and two aviation models.
Features of the new LX Line include: a case top set at a more pronounced angle to highlight its Zaratsu mirror-polished surface.
Increased levels of wear-ability and comfort owed to the watch case’s new lower center of gravity.
The blending of ergonomics and design with the focus on creating a more premium feel to the watches.
And a SEIKO Spring Drive movement with 72hrs of a power-reserve as indicated on the dial’s gauge between 7 and 8 o’clock.
These are the divers of the Prospex LX Line Ref. SNR029J1 (SBDB027) and Ref. SNR031J1 (SBDB021) which has a black case.
Basic spec. includes: a Stainless steel Dia Shield treated case measuring 44.8mm in diameter with a lug-to-lug of 50.9mm and a height of 14.7mm and an AR-treated Sapphire crystal.
They have 300 meters of water-resistance and are also SAT diving capable models.
The watches are powered by a Seiko Spring Drive caliber 5R65 which has magnetic shielding, 30 jewels and accuracy of ±15 seconds per month (average) (±1 second per day).
Both refs. have a Japanese MSRP of 630,000 JPY+TAX, the equivalent of 5700USD!
