DEEP BLUE Daynight Tritium BRONZE

DEEP BLUE Watches have just released their first Bronze Diver, the Daynight Tritium Bronze which if I am not mistaken is also the first dive watch to combine bronze and tritium within one watch.

BRONZE as a case material has continued to grow in popularity; DEEP BLUE’s use of this ancient material for one of their more contemporary models just goes to show that the demand is there.

And whilst Bronze has been in use for several years now, its adoption in the wider watch industry is still a relatively new.

Though, it is highly unlikely that Bronze will ever become a mainstream material used by say brands such as Seiko or Rolex.

The new DEEP BLUE Daynight Tritium has CuSn8 Bronze case, one of the more popular alloys that was famously used by Panerai for their debut Bronze Submersible.

The Daynight Tritium Bronze comes in 4 dial colors that include: black, blue, brown and green. The black and blue models are with blue tubes while brown and green have green tubes.

Powering the 45mm in diameter, 500m water-resistant Tritium Bronze is a Miyota 9015 Cal. Furtherer features of the watch include:

an AR-treated sapphire crystal, a 12-click bezel and choice of ISOfrane-style divers strap or vintage leather strap.
