This handsome devil is the best looking ROO DIVER you can get but it comes at a price.
AP takes their ROO Diver to the next level in this 300 piece Limited Edition realized in brushed 18K White Gold.
The Royal Oak Offshore Diver’s current family oddly didn’t offer the traditional black dial variant – until now; only there’s a big f#ck off premium cos’ this one only comes in solid 18k white gold.
The new LE model is as the other three ROO Divers that debuted in March of this year safe for said white gold case and of course its black dial.
The diver’s scale as well as the lume on the hands and indexes comes with the same ecru colored lume that can be found on the khaki variant.
All that brushed white gold is exquisitely contrasted against AP emblematic octagonal fixed bezel which is in black ceramic with white gold screws.
Power comes from an AP caliber 4308, in-house automatic mechanical movement with central oscillating weight.
MSRP for the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Diver 42mm ref. is: 15720CN.OO.A002CA.01 is just shy of 61’000CHF.
Thoughts? Sod buying one of these in brushed white gold – that’s a mug’s game; even in Stainless steel THESE watches damn pricey.
The only problem is; this is the only black dial variant available and with the ecru lume stolen from the khaki variant it is the best looking of the four.
The blue and khaki models are still very nice but grey –wtf were they thinking? But what do you think?
