The new sunburst Ocean Blue dial catches the eye with different shades of blue literally radiating from the face of Crafter Blue’s flagship diver.
With its 45mm diameter, the Hyperion Ocean’s size is an optimal size for any functional diver’s watches.
What makes the Hyperion Ocean stand out from the crowd is its lug-to-lug length which is just 50mm;
while the crown which is placed at the 4 o’clock position, once again provides the wearer with optimum levels of comfort on the wrist.
Crafter Blue are known for engineering high-quality rubber straps that are made specifically for diver’s watches and so have a good understanding of what divers need.
The Hyperion Ocean is mounted on an in-house, Crafter Blue diver’s strap made from pure Vulcanized rubber and featuring:
curved-ends and 15 holes (double the amount typically found on straps) offering exceptional flexibility as well as a comfortable material that is soft to the touch.
The Hyperion Ocean also provides a water-resistance to 600m/2000ft. and features a Helium Escape Valve.
As accuracy is high on the list of priorities for a functional diver’s watch; each Hyperion Ocean is powered by a Swiss made, 26 jewel Sellita SW200 automatic movement.
So as to avoid any magnetic disturbances, the movement is encased in a Faraday Cage, a soft iron case shielding the movement magnetic fields.
