ORIS Diver Sixty-Five HODINKEE LE

If you’re anything like me, you probably need to hear about another Divers Sixty-Five like you need a whole in the head; however this one happens to be rather special.



First of all it was commissioned by the guys at HODINKEE, purist vintage watch nerds that they are they have soberly yet tastefully tweaked the Divers Sixty-Five in such a way that it outshines all LEs!

It gets a slimmer 40mm case, a hand-wound movement, a no-date soft black dial, a faded grey bezel, and a tapered rivet-style steel bracelet.



The Divers Sixty Five HODINKEE has been produced in a Limited Edition of just 250 individually numbered pieces. Thoughts?

While I’m not a huge fan of hand-cranked movements, in this instance the inclusion of a special version of Oris’ caliber 730 (Sellita 210-1 base) further adds to the vintage charm and appeal of the Divers Sixty-Five.
