SEIKO Prospex Automatic DIVER’s 1968 Re-Creation LE

Here’s something rather special from Seiko Prospex – based on Seiko Japan's first ever diver's watch from 1965.



This faithful homage is the Prospex Diver’s 1968 Re-Creation Limited Edition Ref. SLA025J1 or SBEX007 in Japan where it has a retail price of 550,000 JPY+TAX.



The watch which is a Limited and number Edition of 1500 pieces is powered by a Seiko High 10-Beat Cal. 8L55 which has a power-reserve of 55hrs and a static accuracy of -10 to +15 seconds per day.



Special features of the watch include: a flat 44.8mm x 15.7mm case with an angular design finished with Seiko's unique Zaratsu polishing technique and –



Dia Shield treatment, a domed Sapphire crystal and a re-creation of original strap design in high strength silicone.



Divers features include: divers bezel, screw-down crown, SAT-dive capable, Seiko LumiBrite hands and markers and 300 meters of water-resistance.



The Diver’s 1968 Re-Creation Limited Edition will be available, Worldwide from July 2018.
