SEIKO & Lowercase have added yet another version of their collaborative diver, the Prospex Solar CHRONO Diver Scuba to their collection. SBDL041 is distinguished by its vintage-orange hands and hour-markers.
Its case is in Stainless steel with a plastic shrouding. It measures 46.3mm x 47mm and is 14.2mm thick. The watch’s total weight is 105g. The design dates back to the legendary 1975 Professional 600M.
Divers features include: a domed crystal, a screw-down crown and caseback, magnetic-resistance, a unidirectional rotational divers bezel and a water-resistance to 200 meters. Each caseback has been individually engraved with its serial number.
The Prospex Solar Chrono is solar-powered by Seiko's Solar Caliber V175 which has an accuracy of ±15 seconds per month and can operate for 6 months when fully charged.
Its functions include: an overcharge prevention function, a 24-hour hand and a chronograph up to 1 hour in 1/5 second increments. The dial is with Seiko LumiBrite applied hands and indexes.
The new SEIKO Prospex Solar Chronograph Diver by Lowercase comes on a rubber divers strap priced 50,000 JPY+TAX.
