ULYSSE NARDIN Diver Chronograph HAMMERHEAD Shark COLLECTION

Here’s another look at the spectacular Diver Chronograph HAMMERHEAD Shark from UN specifically the Stainless steel version, and if you prefer waves to all the cute lil hammerhead sharkies all over the dial,

I have included some lovely pics of the regular version (actually there’s nothing regular about it, this is still a very special watch).

Its 44mm case can be had in 18-karat rose gold, 316L Stainless steel, or 18-karat rose gold with DLC (diamond-like carbon).

The Diver Chronograph Hammerhead Shark comes in two series: 18-karat Rose Gold Ref. 1502-151LE-3/93-HAMMER in a Limited Edition of 99 pieces and Stainless steel Ref. 1503-151LE-3/93-HAMMER in a Limited Edition of 300 pieces.

Distinguishing features of the Hammerhead collection includes: a deep blue dial with a subtle embossed hammerhead shark pattern plus a bright red shark logo on the 30 minutes counter at 3 o’clock.

The dial has applied hour markers in either 18K Rose Gold or in Stainless steel model depending. These have been filled with lume. The dial is protected by an anti-reflective treated Sapphire crystal.

A second Sapphire crystal is located on the caseback. It affords a view of the In-house designed UN-150 movement with its Silicium escapement and balance spring (a first for the entire UN Diver collection) that powers the Diver Chronograph Hammerhead Shark.

It has a power-reserve of 48hrs. An azure rotor with a Hammerhead shark decoration can be seen through said Sapphire crystal caseback.

Further divers features include a screwdown crown, pushers, solid lugs, and unidirectional turning diver bezel with UN’s characteristic wave pattern on its rubber inlay. Water-resistance is 300 meters.

The watches are presented on high-quality rubber divers straps with dual red stripes and 18K Rose Gold or Titanium elements and a folding buckle in either RG or Ss.
