CITIZEN Promaster Professional BlackZILLA

By TLex If you’re into dive watches, Autozilla and Ecozilla are two names that you are probably familiar with and for good reason because Citizen’s Professional divers watches are among the best and most widely used for actual diving that there.

The Autozilla is one of Citizen’s top divers model boasting a Duratect Titanium case, a mechanical self-winding movement, a Sapphire crystal, and HEV and 1000 meters of water-resistance.



The Ecozilla is for arguments sake, its baby brother. It has 300m Stainless steel case and is powered by a CItizen Eco-drive movement.

This black beast,known officially as the Promaster Professional Ref. BN0175-19E, affectionately as the BlackZilla is based on the latter.



Its not so baby 48mm Stainless steel case has been given a black DLC (diamond like carbon) coating and s fitted with an AR-coated mineral crystal and an HEV.

It is powered by a Japanese made Citizen in-house quartz caliber, the Eco-Drive E168. Its MSRP is 795USD. Would be Awesome if the Autozilla gets a new DLC case, too! ;)
