By TLex A special 250 piece Limited Edition of Ulysse Nardin’s Marine Diver has been made in honor of the Indian Ocean, the world’s the third largest ocean covering approximately 20% of the Earth's surface water, spanning Asia on the north, Africa on the west, Australia on the east and Antarctica in the south.
The Ulysse nardin Marine Diver Limited Edition Ref. 265-10LE-3/93-IND comes in a 44mm bi-color case in Stainless steel and 18K Rose Gold. Its dial is in blue with a wave-pattern, but not the typical cresting wave motif the UN usually use.
Divers features include: an anti-reflective Sapphire crystal, a unidirectional rotational divers bezel with a blue wave-pattern inlay and dive-time scale in 18K Rose Gold, a screw-down security crown with claw-shaped rubber molding and a solid case-back with an engraved inscription reading - ‘Conquer the Ocean’. Water-resistance is 300 meters.
The watch is powered by a self-winding UN-26 caliber and with a power reserve of 42 hours, a date in an aperture at 6 o’clock and a power reserve indicator in the a counter at 12 o’clock.
It comes presented on a blue rubber divers strap with Titanium elements engraved ‘Indian Ocean’ and deployant clasp.
