Jaeger-LeCoultre Deep Sea Vintage CHRONO on Robert Downey JR.

By TLex Here's Robert Downey Jr. wearing a Jaeger-LeCoultre Deep Sea VINTAGE Chronograph whilst promoting the new Iron Man 3 movie, which is due for release this spring. RD Jr.'s character, Tony Stark will be wearing a JLC in the movie, but as far as I know - not this one. The watch, which is part of JLC's vintage collection and is inspired by the legendary Memovox Deep Sea model of 1959.



It is equipped with a traditional two-counter chronograph movement. Its hands and hour-markers have been coated with vintage-style Superluminova®, similar in look to the original watch. Its caseback has been engraved with a frogman motif surrounded by bubbles. Its black calfskin leather strap, again has been design to look exactly like the one fitted to the original.
