Bell & Ross has just released a new Bronze Blue diver!
The new BR 03-92 Diver Blue Bronze (not to be confused with the BR 03-92 Diver Bronze NAVY Blue) has been released in a Limited Edition of 999 pieces.
The new model, ref: BR0392-D-LU-BR/SCA joins 6 other diver-family members which includes the not new BR 03-92 Diver GREEN Bronze.
The watch gets a 42mm in diameter, satin-polished CuSn8 Bronze case. This is fitted with a solid bronze, unidirectional rotational diver’s bezel with a 60-min. dive-time scale and blue anodized aluminum insert and Stainless steel case-back.
The case is also fitted with a Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. It has a water-resistance of 300 meters.
In addition to the watch’s lovely CuSn8 case et al, it has a beautiful blue dial with gold-plated applique indices with Super-LumiNova inserts plus gold-plated and skeletonized SLN-filled hands.
Powering the new BR 03-92 Diver Blue Bronze is the caliber BR-CAL.302, automatic mechanical movement the functions of which include: hours, minutes, seconds and date.
Finally this good-looking bronze and blue diver comes on either blue rubber diver’s strap or a blue calfskin strap – both with satin-polished CuSn8 Bronze pin buckles.
Thoughts? For day-to-day wear I personally don’t believe bronze is the absolute best choice nor is it the perfect material for a working diver’s watch –
however when paired with blue as it has been here, it’s truly stunning, so perhaps the perfect combo for the weekend – what do you think?
