Seiko Prospex & LOWERCASE have been at it again!
I’ve been debating whether or not to post these for a couple of weeks, now; they obviously aren’t divers - I mean they’re called field watches, right?
But they are made by Seiko Prospex, have shrouded cases with magnetic-resistance, timing bezels, 200 meters of water-resistance and let’s face it, they’re pretty f#ckin’ cool, so here they are, hope you like ‘em!
Basic specifications include: a 44.2mm (H) by 44.5mm (W) by 12mm (D) case with a Sapphire crystal.
The hands and dial markers have been applied with Seiko LumiBrite. Each Special Edition has its own unique dial color.
Powering the watches is a Seiko Solar powered caliber V157 which has an accuracy of ±15 seconds per month and an operating of approx. 10 months from fully charged. It has overcharge prevention and quick-start functions.
Additional diver’s features include: a screw-down case back and crown. All the watches come on 200mm long Nylon NATO straps.
